Privacy and cookies

Last reviewed:

This site stores the minimum needed to know which campaigns work. There is no sign-up, there are no forms, and nothing that identifies a person is collected.

What is stored in your browser

A random visitor id, generated in your own browser, tied to no name, email or account. It exists so one person is not counted ten times.

Any campaign parameters carried by the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, a, gclid, fbclid). They live in a thirty-day cookie and in local storage so we know which ad each visit came from.

If you used the reduce-motion switch, that preference is remembered in your browser. It never leaves it.

What is measured

Page views, link clicks, scroll milestones and time on page. Each event carries the page address without parameters, the random id, the device type and the campaign parameters.

Your full IP address is not recorded, nor what you look at, nor anything that would let someone work out who you are.

What happens when you leave

Clicking a window or a go-in button takes you to an external platform. From that moment their privacy policy and their cookies apply, not ours.

Campaign parameters travel in the outbound link so the platform knows where the visit came from. Nothing else is sent.

How to wipe it

Clearing this site data in your browser removes all of the above: the id, the campaign parameters and the motion preference. No copy tied to you is kept anywhere else.

You can also browse in a private window: close it and nothing remains.
